Ms. Phillips graduated from the University of Cincinnati, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a paralegal certification. After graduation, Ms. Phillips worked as a paralegal for a law firm in Mason, Ohio. Ms. Phillips attended the University of Dayton School of Law, graduating with her Juris Doctorate degree. While attending the University of Dayton, she served as the Chair of the Community Service Committee. Ms. Phillips was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in May 2016. Shortly thereafter, she opened her own law practice located in Fairfield, Ohio where she is still located today.
